IT intern Support

Objective: The intern will be responsible for gaining hands-on experience and practical knowledge in IT processes, best practices, and project support within the IT department. The intern will actively contribute to the efficient management of inventory, maintenance and documentation.

Key Learning Areas:

1. Understanding User Needs: Recognize the importance of providing digital learning platforms on tablets to meet the educational needs of users. This highlights the significance of understanding user requirements and delivering solutions that address them effectively.
2. Importance of Inventory Management: Learn the importance of maintaining an updated inventory list with detailed device information. This emphasizes the need for effective inventory management practices to track assets accurately and ensure their proper maintenance and utilization.
3. Focus on Device Maintenance: Understand the significance of monitoring device maintenance and general conditions to ensure optimal performance and longevity. This underscores the importance of investing in device maintenance and support services to enhance user experience and device reliability.
4. Enhancing IT Support Services: This highlights the importance of offering responsive and proactive IT support to address user needs and maintain a seamless learning environment.

Supporting Responsibilities:

1-    Install Digital Learning Platforms on the tablets.

2-    Maintain an updated inventory list with device details (serial numbers, IDs, condition). 

3-    Monitor maintenance and general conditions of devices used for digital learning.

4-    Provide first point of IT Support concerning the tablets:

*Check the tablets’ health.

*Proper inventory list with serial nb with the correct box.

*Charge the tablets.

*Install the SD cards for CWTL application.
